2. Scope of Work
Each engagement is defined by a mutually agreed scope, which may include:

Integration with third-party tools

Automation setup

Ongoing maintenance and optimization

Human operator (VA) involvement (if applicable)
Any work outside the agreed scope may require additional fees.
3. Payment Terms

All fees are quoted in USD unless stated otherwise.

Payments are required upfront unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Monthly retainers are billed in advance.

Failure to make payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
Refund Policy:

Setup fees are non-refundable once work has begun.

Monthly fees are non-refundable after the billing cycle starts.
4. Client Responsibilities
To ensure successful delivery, clients must:

Provide timely access to tools, accounts, and data

Respond to communication and approvals promptly

Ensure accuracy of the information provided
Delays caused by the client may impact timelines and outcomes.
5. Use of AI & Automation
HelpLyncs utilizes AI systems as part of its service delivery.
By using our services, you acknowledge that:

AI-generated outputs may not always be 100% accurate

Human oversight is applied where applicable

Final business decisions remain the client’s responsibility
6. Performance & Outcomes
HelpLyncs focuses on building and operating systems designed to improve business outcomes.
However:

We do not guarantee specific revenue, lead volume, or business results unless explicitly stated in writing

Outcomes depend on multiple external factors beyond our control
7. Third-Party Tools & Integrations
Our systems may rely on third-party platforms (e.g., CRMs, automation tools, APIs).
HelpLyncs is not responsible for:

Downtime or failures of third-party services

Changes in pricing or policies of external tools

Data loss caused by third-party platforms
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to:

Keep all shared business information confidential

Not disclose sensitive data to third parties without consent
This obligation continues after termination of services.
9. Intellectual Property

All systems, automations, and frameworks developed by HelpLyncs remain its intellectual property unless otherwise agreed

Clients are granted a license to use the systems for their business
Custom deliverables may be transferred upon full payment if specified in the agreement.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.
Upon termination:

All outstanding payments become due immediately

Access to systems and services may be revoked

Ongoing services will cease
11. Limitation of Liability
HelpLyncs shall not be held liable for:

Indirect or consequential damages

Loss of revenue, profits, or data

Business disruptions caused by external factors
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services within the last 30 days.
12. Modifications to Terms
HelpLyncs reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Egypt.
