HelpLyncs is a fully managed remote staffing company founded in 2023 in Cairo, Egypt by Marwan El Sawy and Dina El Kahky. We recruit, vet, onboard, and manage English-fluent professionals for businesses in the US, UK, and Australia, who pay one flat monthly rate from $750 and receive the output without managing the hire.

Cairo is home to one of the most educated, English-fluent, and driven professional communities in the world. Yet for years, this talent remained largely untapped by international businesses, simply because the connection didn't exist.
HelpLyncs was founded in 2023 to change that. We built a fully managed model that brings together Cairo's best professionals with founders, startups, and growing businesses in the US, UK, Australia, and beyond, and we handle the hiring, onboarding, and day-to-day management so clients just get the output.
