These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the www.helplyncs.com website and the services provided by HelpLyncs(“HelpLyncs,” “we,” “us”). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
Our services
HelpLyncs provides fully managed remote staffing: we recruit, onboard, manage, and quality-control professionals based in Egypt on behalf of clients in the US, UK, Australia, and elsewhere. Specific scope, roles, and deliverables are agreed with each client before an engagement begins.
Discovery calls and matching
Booking a discovery call places no obligation on you. Following the call, we present candidate matches; you make the final hiring decision. We aim to match most clients within 2–5 business days but do not guarantee a specific timeframe.
Trial period
Engagements begin with a paid 10-hour risk-free trial. If the match is not the right fit after the trial, we will rematch you with another professional at no additional placement cost, subject to availability.
Fees and billing
- Rates are quoted as flat, all-inclusive monthly figures in US dollars.
- Billing is issued on a bi-weekly cycle; your first payment is due after the first two weeks of work, not upfront.
- We accept major credit cards and bank transfers.
- Rates exclude any third-party costs (for example, ad spend or paid software) unless expressly agreed in writing.
Cancellation
Engagements are month-to-month with no long-term lock-in. Either party may end an engagement with reasonable notice as set out in your engagement agreement. Fees for work already performed remain payable.
Client responsibilities
- Provide timely access, information, and feedback needed to perform the work.
- Use our professionals for lawful business purposes only.
- Not solicit or directly hire a placed professional outside of HelpLyncs during an engagement or for a defined period afterwards, as specified in your agreement.
Confidentiality
Each party agrees to protect the other's confidential information and to use it only for the purpose of the engagement. Our professionals operate under confidentiality obligations.
Intellectual property
Work product created specifically for you during an engagement belongs to you upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed. Content on this website — including copy, design, and branding — remains the property of HelpLyncs.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Our services are provided on a commercially reasonable-efforts basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, HelpLyncs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless a different governing law is specified in your engagement agreement.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the latest revision, and continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
