Are the monthly rates all-inclusive?
Yes. The monthly rate is a flat, all-inclusive fee with no payroll taxes, benefits overhead, recruitment surcharges, or hidden fees.
Is there a setup or recruitment fee?
No. There are no recruitment, placement, or setup fees. You pay only the flat monthly rate, and your first payment is due after the first two weeks of work — not upfront.
How does billing work?
We bill on a bi-weekly cycle. Your first payment is due after the first two weeks of work, then invoices are issued every two weeks. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers.
What currency are rates charged in?
Rates are set and billed in US dollars. Comparisons to UK and Australian local salaries are shown in local currency for context, converted at an approximate exchange rate.

Can I hire more than one person?
Absolutely. Many clients start with one role and scale to a full remote team, and we handle the coordination and management overhead as your team grows.
Management, security & contracts
Who manages the professional day to day?
HelpLyncs manages the engagement — onboarding, check-ins, quality control, and issue resolution — while you assign the work and set priorities. You get the output without the management burden.
What happens if the match is not working out?
We offer a rematch guarantee. If a professional is not the right fit, we find you a replacement at no additional placement cost, and we handle the transition.
How does HelpLyncs handle confidentiality and data security?
Our professionals operate under confidentiality obligations, and we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. Specific security terms are set out in your engagement agreement.
Are there long-term contracts?
No. Engagements are month-to-month with no long-term lock-in. You can scale up, down, pause, or cancel with reasonable notice.
Who owns the work produced?
