Customer Service Representative

Remote · Cairo, Egypt Full-time / Contract International clients

HelpLyncs is hiring a remote Customer Service Representative to work with our international clients in the US, UK, and Australia. Friendly, professional support and success professionals who delight customers, reduce churn, and turn buyers into loyal advocates. This is a remote role for an English-fluent professional based in Egypt.

What you'll do

  • Handle live chat, email, and help-desk tickets
  • Onboard customers and answer product questions
  • Resolve issues and follow up to prevent churn
  • Represent the client’s brand and tone

What we're looking for

  • Fluent, professional English (written and spoken)
  • Customer support or success experience
  • Empathy, patience, and clear communication
  • Comfort with help-desk and CRM tools
